"My first night I found something in my bed and there was dried blood all over the sheets. The 2 N.A. day the ceiling leaked and our things got wet and had to change rooms"

"There was limited hot water to shower, the TV service STOPPED working about 24 hours into a 2 day stay and the bass from a nearby venue thumped until after 11p at night. Staff acted like they were oblivious or I was imagining it when I complained, but I heard many guests at check out talking about the same things. We had planned to stay an extra day because we normally like this hotel but this weekend was not their best work AT ALL."

"This hotel is extremely dated. They have a lot to offer to do on campus, but it’s not kept up with. The mini golf course was great, but you could tell that no one goes and brushes off the green areas, which makes it harder for kids to golf. The room was nice, but the beds were crap. Just needs a full makeover. The best and most positive thing is the location and the staff. "

"We were happy to be able to check in early. The walls are very thin. The neighbor and room was very loud. I think this has to do with the fact that there is no carpet in this hotel, not in the rooms or in the hallways. The room was nice large, spacious, and comfortable. Due to the better chain of hotels I was disappointed there was not a shuttle service to the downtown area."
