“First impressions count don't they? On arrival we were met with a stinking bin full of rotting nappies and food waste in the yard. Front and rear gardens were weed ridden and overgrown, gate was broken, parking a nightmare. Entering the property everything appeared ok, until we had a closer look. The cream sofa in the lounge was badly stained with holes in the arm of the chair. Ceiling had water leak damage. In the kitchen, pans were burned dry, in very poor state; the frying pan was dirty with...

“Lovely self contained property, in beautiful position right on the Syndale Valley trail and 2 miles from Doddington Gardens, well worth a visit. Property contained every facilitiy required, bath and walk in shower, plentiful hot water and comfy bed. Breakfast produce left for first morning which was a lovely touch, hosts very good, there but not too intrusive - a wonderful stay.”

“We spent a week at Penn Court Estate, it was the perfect get away for our family holiday this year. The cottages are lovely and well equipped, comfy beds, good living spaces and plenty of bathrooms. The estate is very secure, quite and pretty, the children in our group had a wonderful time running through the trees and playing in the very clean pool. It was great, the pool opening times 10am-5:30pm really helped us manage the children’s and made for a very relaxing break. We didn’t venture out...
