The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and provided detailed explanations and assistance when answering inquires. However, when staying at a hotel, the most important thing is a comfortable stay, especially since business trips are tiring. In the room I stayed in, the trash bin in the bathroom its plastic liner replaced for three consecutive days. On the last day of our stay, there was only about one-third of a roll of toilet paper left, and no spare toilet paper was provided. Seriously, I was too lazy to make a call to call for it, trouble. But, used my handy package ones instead. On one of the nights when I returned, as soon as I opened the room door, the room was filled with a strong, pungent disinfectant smell — an unpleasant chemical odor. The bed is dent in the middle, to me, it’s not comfortable bed."
