Once you secure your booking you are required to complete our rental agreement and return to us along with the names of all guests who will be staying in the unit so that they will be permitted into our private parking lot. Upon arriving at Snowshoe Mountain, go to the Mountain Lodge parking lot and give the security guard your name and the unit number you are staying in. Once you park your car, go inside the main entrance and go to the front desk (to the left) or to the office (on the right) and give them your name again and the unit you are staying in and they will give you the keys to the unit. There is a $5 key deposit. You will get this back when your turn in your keys.

When it is time to hit the slopes, you are steps from the door leading to Ballhooter lift and the skidder. Then after a full day on the slopes you simply walk in dump your gear and head out to the village or Split Rock Pools. Our unit is within steps of dinner at one of the restaurants, bars and nightlife in village central.
There is a restaurant, conference center, and exercise room in Mountain Lodge as well as an arcade for kids. Sit by a natural fire in the lobby while using wireless internet.
