“Nicest hotel in GenSan. The hotel was upscale and clean, the staff was professional and courteous, and the pool was a great temperature.”

“Location is great, directly across from SM Mall of Gensen, that means many food options. The room design and deco is a little old, but clean, the desk lamp didn't work in my room, it keeps flickering, but i just had it off, so there wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good, next to the pool. ”

“The room was okay but had many mosquitoes inside when we first arrived. The staff were very helpful to spray. ”

“The mall, shopping, and restaurants are directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel is very well kept, clean, safe, and customer service was exceptional. Exceptional location. The rooms are nice but small. Excellent for 2 people in the single with double bed. The other room with 2 beds is suitable maybe for 2 adults with 2 small kids. ”

“Staff were very nice. Internet terrible. The noise of karaoke went unchecked until 5:00 am and public announcements started at 5:45 am. In a lengthy stay, we finally after 5 days asked for the room to be cleaned. The on site restaurant was good value for money and the food was well prepared”

“Alyssa at the front desk was outstanding. She was super polite and professional. The room was very clean and had a coffee maker and refridgerator. The hotel is located near SM mall and many places to eat. The buffet breakfast was also top notch. I will stay at Hotel San Marco again for sure.”

“Huone surkeassa kunnossa. Luulin, että Anchor voisi tarjota hyvän hotellin mutta kaikki oli todella kulunutta kuten kokolattiamatot käytävissä, hometta kylpyhuoneessa, siivoamisessa paljon parantamista, henkilökunta ei ystävällistä, aamiainen surkea vaikka varatessa luin että todella hyvä!? ”

“Pool not working”

“The room where we stayed (R102) is good and the restroom has a unique design with circles and look like a crystal. Although the room is old,it’s liveable.The walls have cracks and the toilet bowl seat is broken. The cabinet is broken also. The hot water is not working though the staff tried to repair it. The outdoor is so beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The owner and the staff are courteous and were excellent in dealing with us. Overall,we’re contented with our stay. The room is……
