Really sad this beautiful resort is no longer a five star. The towel are old and disgusting even after requesting newer ones. Poor communication with front desk! The fridge temperature was off had to throw away my smoothies bought at the cafe. Very cold atmosphere… no smiles from staff! The bar staff remains as fabulous as ever!
