"Thank you for opening your home to us. All was great, the water pressure, the water temperature, the coffee maker and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. "

"They supposedly didn’t know we were coming, there was a mouse in the toilet, the floors had not been swept, they had a bunch of food and in the freezer and fridge, liquor had been out, no wifi or service, the bed sheets were dirty, no curtains on any of the windows, the doors and ALL windows were unlocked when we got there but the didn’t know we were coming? "

"The cottage is very comfortable with many accommodations for meal prep or just relaxing. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Utica area. The host and his help were courteous and easy to communicate with. Very happy with my choice to stay there."

"Staff and rooms were great. We were in a room near an exit and every time someone opened the door, it made a loud whistle. Pretty annoying but other than that, great room and price."
