“Staff was very friendly and informative! Any questions we had they were prompt to help us and get us situated. The room (although facing the forest) was absolutely stunning. I did have to ask maintenance about the heater and in the morning there was a snafu where there was no hot water, but could not complain because the area, the view, the staff were all amazing.”

“Room was clean, water was hot. The staff was extremely helpful, and we had a very nice visit with the managing owners. They were gracious to tell us about the area and the history of their resort like grounds. I would highly recommend a stay here, the bonus is a horseback ride through the coffee farm, and a tour of the exotic animals in their rehabilitation area. A spacious grand restaurant and hearty breakfast to start the day. They also operate the Alicante Hot Springs just down the road,……

“Absolutely amazing hotel. Beautiful room, gorgeous views and grounds, gourmet food and friendliest staff. We stayed there for 8 nights and absolutely loved it. Hotel offers various water activities, free paddleboard and kayaks and very reasonable boat and jetski rental. Room was spacious and clean, food in the restaurant delicious. Best papusas and seafood in entire El Salvador. They also have really good coffee and complimentary breakfast ”

“Beautiful grounds, well manicured and staff attentive. Views were spectacular and one of a kind. Volcano views and evening town lights were magical. Volcanic group hike was challenging but definitely worth it. Our tour guide was excellent and well informed. Only regret was not staying longer.”

“Super friendly staff. Helpful honest and amazingly clean rooms. Would not hesitate to stay at this place again. They do try and sell you a time share but VERY friendly and not aggressive at all. Food was good. Not amazing, but good. Drinks were well resort prices. Cheaper than other countries. It was a great vibe! Definitely recommend when in the area. ”

“The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are big except they dont have bug screens and smells moldy. The highlight is the Spa and Sauna, so relaxing. They also need to improve the restaurant there were several meals not available as well as drinks. Otherwise the place is beautiful , clean and very relaxing ”
