"This was my third time visiting this hotel. The overall set up and maintenance of the property is good. The staff at the front has always been friendly. The staff working the bar/ restaurant could be better. I stayed two nights and the bartender the first night was amazing! He came by the pool, asked us if we wanted drinks. He would stop by often to see if needed additional drinks or other services. The second night was not that good, we spend over an hour by the second pool and not once did anyone come by asking us if wanted to order drinks or food. This could all be due to staffing levels, however attention details makes people want to comeback. There is no clear signs that I could see pointing us in the direction of where the gym was located. "

"Beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing, very friendly, pleasant and very knowledgeable. We had amazing stay, the room was huge with an excellent views of the mountains, mall and restaurants. Comfortable beds and what I like we arrived at 8am and was able to check in early for a small fee. Walking distance to restaurants and the mall. Will definitely recommend staying again. Dinning room staff were great. "
