“My best friend and I came here for a girls’ getaway. The views and property are absolutely beautiful, but the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency. After an international flight and a two-hour drive, we had no cell service when we checked in. We were asked to sign a document that we couldn’t translate because our phones weren’t working. We were told it only covered the $40 deposit and Wi-Fi. Later, we discovered it also disclosed there was no hot……

“La empleada encargada Mary Cruz se esforzó al máximo por ayudarnos con todo.Acomodo nuestro equipaje tanto a la llegada como a la salida nos preparó un delicioso cafecito en las mañanas y alcanzó toallas para poner en el piso del baño que es muy resbaladizo.El hotel no tiene AC como muchos en las montañas pero en la noche refresca alcanzó toallas punto de tener que taparte con colchas.El mirador es muy hermoso,les recomiendo no dejar de subir sobre todo en las noches.La vista de las habitaciones……
