"The Coral is a wonderful place to stay. The entire staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing, the landscaping is beautiful and there is a great bakery/pizzeria that has the most delicious fresh baked goods and food along with wonderful staff right at the resort. The beautiful women in the office were a pleasure to greet every day when returning our towels, the restaurant at the pool and the beach had amazing food as well. "We stayed here for one night, and it was okay for a short stay—but nothing more. The hotel is very small, and there’s honestly not much to do, especially during the day. I ended up sleeping for part of the time because it was pretty boring. The first impression wasn’t great. The front desk staff didn’t feel welcoming, and there was no one available to help with luggage. Also, there’s no elevator, which made things a bit inconvenient. I understand it’s a boutique hotel, but even then, the overall experience just didn’t meet expectations. At check out we had to ask someone to help us back down the steps , left the key in the room the girl had the nerve to tell me I had to go back up the steps to get it , had to school her on hospitality very ridiculous. Was advised it’s European hotel so don’t except much so there’s that ! Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re visiting Curaçao. I’m not really sure why it’s so hyped—it just didn’t live up to it for me."
