Family spring break

Amazing spring break trip! The condo was exactly like the pictures showed. It was clean and had everything we needed. The views were beautiful. Check in and out were fast and easy. We got immediate responses from Ed and Betty. We couldn’t have had a more relaxing vacation.

Enjoyed a relaxing vacation. Lots of good food to enjoy and a wonderful view! Host was easily available to answer any questions. Grounds were kept immaculately clean and staff was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this property.

Just want our family needed! Relaxed Beach Get away

We were sad to leave today, but plan to return and hopefully book this same 3bedroom/3bath Condo again. It was on the 2nd floor with perfect views of the beach! The condo was clean, well stocked, comfy beds, and overall just a great location! The owners were very easy to work with and responsive to my questions. We appreciated that! We definitely recommend this unit at Sea Viata.

Beautiful (and quiet) beachfront condo

We had a family trip planned for our son's 19th birthday. The condo is beautifully styled, clean and well stocked. Loved that it was so quiet, steps to the beach and with a pool. Gorgeous views on the balcony - a perfect spot to have morning coffee or just to view the ocean in the shade. The beds were super comfortable and we appreciated having 2 king bed rooms. The host was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again. Great for families and those who want a quiet, relaxing Padre vacation.

Beautiful Condo

Our family enjoyed a three night stay. Condo is clean and has breath taking views. It’s cozy and peaceful. kitchen is fully equipped with a beautiful view to the beach. Bathrooms in excellent conditions and extremely clean. Bedrooms are big, beds are comfortable. Pool area well kept and clean. Definitely returning soon❤️ We highly recommend Ed’s place.

Great stay!

This condo was beautiful and it has a breathtaking view. The location to the beach was wonderful and easy to access. My 80 year old mother in law and 1 year son had no trouble getting back and forth to the beach. It is a really great location for families. The building is a little dated, but it is well taken care of. Ed was very quick to help us out when we were having trouble accessing the property. We will certainly be back.

Fantastic Get Away!

Ed and Betty were INCREDIBLE hosts! When I say, I have never had more hospitable hosts, I mean that. Everything was provided for and in abundance. We needed for nothing. My husband's family used to own this condo when he was a child and it was so wonderful to see how beautiful Ed and Betty have made it. Our stay was stress free, amazing and nostalgic. We will 100% be back! Thank you for being amazing!

Great location for the SpaceX Rocket Launch

We stayed at this condo for the rocket launch and had a great experience. It was about a 20-minute walk down to the park to see the launch, which was very convenient. The condo was clean and well-maintained. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, living room and master bedroom is incredible. Note that the master bedroom has the only TV, and the internet can be intermittent at times. Ed was responsive and didn't require us to do a chore list before we checked out - which was a nice added touch since most of the VRBOs I stay in all require a checklist before checking out. It was a good experience.

Amazing Stay on South Padre Island!

This was our first trip to South Padre Island and we would definitely return to this condo and spot. We loved our trip! View is beautiful! The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked, nice washer and dryer, clean and easy beach access. The beds were comfortable, plenty of linens. We were alittle disappointed that the coffee maker in photos was different than the one in condo. Had to return to store for coffee because the k cups we brought wouldn’t work. Host was quick to respond to minor things we noticed. 4 adults and 2 children fit in the condo comfortably. Thank you so much for sharing your home! Seriously such an amazing experience! We hope to be back soon!

Perfect location, beautiful unit

My family of four (two kids under 10) truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit has a great location in the complex as it is very close to the boardwalk that takes you to the beach. We actually loved the location on the beach as well because there weren't as many people. The unit is decorated beautifully, with new furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the unit was perfect for us and offered plenty of space. One word of warning for anyone with young children (under 5): While the furnishings are lovely, there are a lot of glass and ceramic objects that little fingers might be curious about touching. Also, bring your own soap for the shower as none is provided. The complex is older, but clean. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to South Padre.

!!!Unsafe & Unresolved – Don’t Book This Condo!!!We’ve stayed at Sea Vista many times with great experiences—UNTIL THIS UNIT. The issues we faced were specific to this condo and owner, and serious enough that we will not book here again.The worst: a ceiling fan fell in the early morning hours due to improper installation. It could have caused serious injury. The owner insinuated our child caused it—though she was asleep when it happened and the crash woke the whole condo. We spent our last day waiting for an electrician who never came. The host refused any refund, hiding behind a “mechanical failure” clause that does not apply to a falling ceiling fan.Additional issues:•Master bed extremely hard and uncomfortable•Dishes were dirty and needed rewashing•Coffee maker wasn’t as listed (no Keurig option)•Hall shower drained poorly•Fan light in dbl room had no switch•Lighted mirror didn’t work•Ice maker didn’t work well•Keypad frequently failed•Dishwasher was tiny, smelly, and required multiple runs a day due to size•WiFi was weak, and cell service was nearly nonexistentPositives: cute decor, cold AC, great washer/dryer, nice patio furniture, and convenient beach access. Again, Sea Vista is a great property, but this unit is not maintained or managed to the standard you’d expect. Until major repairs and better hosting practices are in place, I strongly recommend avoiding this listing.

Beachfront beauty!

This condo fit our needs womdefully. Had everything we needed from beach toys to towels and more. Wonderful view of the beach, easy access and great location. The beach was great and not crowded at all compared to others down the island. We had a womderful time and would 100% stay here again in the future!

Beautiful property, perfect views!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this place! We woke up looking at the beach every morning. The place was super clean. Had plenty of cooking utensils and supplies! A huge plus was the water softener and filtered water! Beds were comfy, plenty of space for storage, and we were just a few steps away from the beach. I do wish the pool was bigger, however, we did get to enjoy it when it was empty. Office staff was super friendly and helpful when checking in and out and when asking questions. Overall, highly recommend booking your next SPI getaway here.

Great beach location

The condo was super clean and well stocked. There was plenty of beach items provided, stocked with basic necessities. The view was phenomenal and the location couldn’t be beat. Our kids went from beach to pool multiple times a day. The owners were so kind and so helpful.
