Living Room:

The living room features great tile cool floors, and cushioned nautical furniture that exudes casual elegance. Shutters throughout.Look out the expansive windows onto the Gulf or step onto the balcony for a closer look of the beach and the waves. When the sun goes down, turn on the Flat screen TV with full cable selection, Play station 3, with wireless streaming unlimited Netflex movies, Amazon Prime, etc. and DVD player to watch plenty of movies.

The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counter top, stainless steel appliance including an electric stove, oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, Waffle maker, Margarita blender, Ninja coffee maker ground/bean, electric can opener, electric mixer, and non-stick pots and pans. The kitchen is open to the living room, and also to a dining area that features 4 chairs .

Master Bedroom

This bedroom has a king size bed with comfortable mattresses. Large windows offer beautiful spectacular ocean views, while the decorations are truly tropical. Beautiful colors, cool tile floors, and tropical-colored linens make this room a wonderful retreat after a day at the beach. This room also features a 25' flat screen and DVD/Blu Ra player. There is master bath with granite counter tops, large closets , paneled with mirror. There is plenty of storage space, tipple dresser with mirror. and I pod, I phone doc.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom features a Double bed, and tropical-inspired linens to create a festive retreat. This room has attached bath. This room also features a TV and DVD player. There is plenty of storage space in this room in the closet and 5 drawers chest.

Great quick family getaway

Had a relaxing quick getaway with the family . Location was perfect woth several pools to choose from and the beach just steps away. Would definitely look forward to staying again!

Very Nice Stay!

First time to SPI. The condo was great as we wanted something where we could see the ocean! Check! There was everything you needed in the unit, plenty of towels, and a very well equipped kitchen. Check in was easy and J. responded very quickly anytime I messaged him .

Wonderful stay

The pictures dont do this property justice. The view is incredible, the location to the beach is wonderful and the condo is very comfortable and clean. The property owner had wonderful communication with us, which made the process of checking in and out very easy. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will be back!

Beach Vibes

It’s a family tradition to head to the beach on the last day of school! We totally enjoyed our stay! From the easy process to check in and to checking out. The property manager was awesome and readily available to help us. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Definitely recommend this unit .

Summer Vacation

Good location, close to the beach, close to pools, the condo was nice and spacious, clean, had streaming capabilities, tv’s. Awesome views, easy access from the property out to shopping, eating, etc. The poolside bar and grill had great food and drinks. Space X launch was cool woke me up at 7 AM though. The condo is fully stocked and renovated, definitely recommend it if you’re coming to SPI. J was a good host thanks.

Family Getaway to SPID

The property was centrally located right on the beach. Had three pools and tennis courts. The condo was well appointed and satisfied our needs very well. Very secure with 24-hour security at the entrance to all parking lots. All staff wore masks for COVID protection. Our contact person J could not have been more accomodating. An overall wonderful experience for us.

This condo is very nice way nicer then the photos. Everything is up to date. Condo has everything you need there. Very nice coffee maker, up to date appliances. The view is beautiful. Decor is Condo made us feel at home and very inviting. We will book again. J was very helpful and gave really good recommendations for restaurants.

Amazing Stay

My wife and I decided to head to SPI for a long weekend and booked Saida 2405, and we can honestly say that our accommodations exceeded our expectations. When we arrived the condo was sparkling clean and the process to gain entry was simple. J did an amazing job of communicating everything we needed to know including his list of favorite activities and restaurants. The view was by far the best of any we have experienced during other trips. We spent a lot of time during the evening just enjoying the sound of the surf. The entire property was very clean and well maintained and we enjoyed several hours sitting at one of the three pools. Our process of leaving was also well presented by J, which made the exit process easy. We’ll definitely be looking for this property again on future trips.

Great room

This condo is very nice. It is updated and well taken care of. Loved the view of the beach. It is a gated complex with security. The owner is great. He answered all questions very quickly. My only complaint about our trip was how crowded it was. Even though there are 3 pools, they would be so crowded that we really didn't get to enjoy it and my kids love going to the pools. So this was a big disappointment to them. The beaches also got very crowded. We had to go down right at 9( there is a law that you can't set up any canopies until 9) to set up in order to get a spot. I enjoyed our stay, I just like my vacation to be a little less crowded.

Easter Getaway

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The condo itself was updated, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the pool area and pool bar—both were fantastic spots to relax. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy everything this place had to offer. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience

We loved the condo and the beach. It was cold and there is a fireplace in the condo. We loved it. The beach is wonderful - it goes on for miles and morning walks were very nice. The pool was heated but the attraction for us was the hot tub..We didn't have a car but no problem -the free shuttle went wherever we wanted to go. Lots of restaurants and the ones we went to were very good. We would recommend the condo to anyone who wants a really nice experience, but not too many because we want to go back and enjoy it again.

A Perfect Place to Relax

Our stay at SPI in Saida Towers was super! The cleanliness of the complex was great and the gate workers were always helpful.The condo we stayed at was clean, neat, well kept, well furnished and well decorated.It had easy access to restaurants, to the beach and to the pool. The balcony view of the ocean was amazing!The heated pool was a great addition and very easy access to the beach.The owners were very helpful and communication was very good! I would recommend this facility to anyone who desires a great experience at South Padre Island!

Great condo and location

J’s condo is beautifully decorated, beds and comforters are very nice. Balcony is one of the closest to the water so you can hear the gulf waves as you relax. What is underreported is out front of the gated complex is a pizza place, sushi restaurant, liquor store, smoothie shop and a Tshirt shop, to say it has it all is an understatement
