"Room was old and in poor condition. Broken furniture, tub/shower had patched hole that was coming apart, felt like another hole in bottom of tub. Disappointing."

"Our suite smelled strongly of dog or cat urine from the moment we walked in. We booked a 2-bedroom suite for 5 people, but the sofa bed was completely soaked in animal urine and of course unusable—the smell was so bad it was nauseating. Not only could no one sleep on it, you couldn’t even sit on it. We called the front desk around 9 PM, but no one was available to fix the issue. We were promised a half refund on our $400 night but only received $150 through Expedia. By 11 PM, the odor had spread throughout the entire suite, including the kitchen. We had to open all the windows just to tolerate staying there. It felt extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. We travel often and this was one of the worst stays we’ve experienced. Very disappointing—this may be our first and last time here."

"The main pool was closed and I was very disappointed. It was very crowded with people fully clothed in the hot tub. That should not be allowed. A group of 5 people fully clothed got in the hot tub while I was in it. The main pool looked beautiful but was not opened ....very disappointing. They herded all the guests into the infinite pool that was so crowded.... horrible"

"Sky tower is far away from everything and isolated. Walls are really thin. Bed cover has holes in it. There was old dried vomit in the elevator. "
