“Have stayed here many times before … this time no popcorn when we arrived (nice little treat) Bathroom sink would not drain ..told front desk and they offered to have us change rooms but we were already settled .. breakfast was sorely lacking .. only thing that was in Abundance was crock pot full of gravy … the staff was nice for the most part room was clean .. will be looking at other hotels for stays unless they can get back to the way things were”

“There was a persistent banging noise throughout both nights of our stay. Perhaps some plumbing issues? The bathroom door was very hard to open and close, because it drug severely on the floor. There was no hand soap for the sink, as the dispenser had fallen off the wall at some point and was never replaced. So we had to ask for soap to wash our hands and were provided with a tiny bar. “The thermastat on the wall didn't work! When we got there the room was 56 degrees and air-conditioner was still on high. I called the front desk and she said she was sorry. It wouldn't adjust. I got up every two hours and changed from AC to Heat. It would go to 80 degrees and then back to 55. They wanted us to buy breakfast for two for $54. We went across the street to Cracker Barrel. Don't plan to go back.”

“The hotel was very clean and quaint. No issues there. The only issue was the noise! Clearly it's an old building, so not much if any soundproofing. The first night we had a family of 4 next to us. Kids did what kids do, it was like they were in our room. Second night we had a couple below our room, we could hear every word of their conversations, and their TV. So, it's a cute place, cute town, just don't go expecting peace and quiet, unless you don't have neighbors.”
