"Super comfortable king mattress, crispy, Klean sheets, nice new thick towels, everything look brand new. I only gave it four stars for property condition and amenities because the pool and hot tub was closed for repair or cleaning or something. Oh, in the morning breakfast for only five dollars is wonderful. Everything from make your own waffles, yogurts, various scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage, pancakes, it would be a bargain at twice the price."

"Very nice hotel!!! And the pool and Hot tub were amazing!!! Parking was a little tight and annoying. Breakfast was impressive!! "

"I called and asked if this had access to the hot springs pool, the main attraction in Glenwood. They said yes, turns out it’s a different hotel. The hotel is dated, it was a disappointment. There was a group next to us that rented multiple rooms in the hotel. They were smoking and partying all night. I had to call the front desk twice to have them take care of the noise. The third time I called down they stopped answering the phone. So I walked down to the lobby at midnight. The front desk guy and I walked upstairs where he asked them to keep it down. Next night same thing. I called the desk and the girl told me we could just move rooms. I asked her “at midnight! You’re joking, isn’t there a 10pm noise policy and you advertise this as a family establishment!” I will never stay here again and will let others know"
