“Love the history and character of this hotel. The service is incomparable and the staff is amazing. Bedding was very comfortable. Jansz restaurant was wonderful as was the Pulitzer Bar. I do wish our room had better lighting but that’s a minor issue.

“The staff was extremely helpful from the minute I checked in( I checked in at 9am but they still gave me a room as they knew I have a 13 hours flight and nn need for me to wait till 3 pm, very considerate).
The restaurant and cafe they recommended are excellent and very patient to explain me the direction.
The only little thing is the bathroom floor, there was a dirty, sticky finger prints on the floor.
Didint know why they were there and it’s too obvious that they shouldn’t have missed it.”

“Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. “It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer.
Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel.”
