“Very good comms and helpful owner. Just the accommodation required. Very good indeed and we all slept well! The pink pub opposite was also very welcoming!”

“The room was upgraded to a 2 bed from 1 bed, a pleasant surprise. There are two bathrooms. The room has good facilities and amenities, including all you need for making a meal; and salt and pepper, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The oven trays are dirty from previous usage, so I told the reception. The flat has no air con, but two fans. It is still bearable despite the heat wave.”

“The place was very accessibly to the city centre. The room was very clean, but some of the decor was a little tired. The bed was so comfortable. Lits of hot water for the shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money”

“Great communication, easy check in and wonderful location just over the road from the pub which serves excellent food. Clean and tidy and very comfortable. Very well equipped. Host was lovely and very accommodating.”

“超值”

“The property was a mixture of good and bad. We stayed at Prosper House a few years ago and we liked it. It seems to have got quite worn since then. The halls are quite scruffy, carpet stained, rubbish in the corners. Now to the accommodation. The sofa and beds are comfortable. The linens were clean. But the sofa was stained. The floors didnt seem clean, my socks were black. There was mould in the bathroom due to the fact that the fan is so rattly everyone must turn it off at hearing the awful……

“It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not……

“I recently stayed here with my two children and this was the first time we have stayed in an apartment instead of a hotel. The communication from Jamie was highly responsive and he answered all of my questions promptly. Our initial impression of the property is that it was very clean, the fridge was immaculate and bedding very clean plus there is a washing machine, which made life easier with my two messy eaters. It is surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the train station and a local……

“The property was very clean, well designed, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

“A beautiful home, fabulous host and a great room. 10 mins drive to North Walsham for parkrun, 5 mins drive to the beach and a few minutes walk to a great cafe.”

“Lovely characterful property in à quiet but central location. Very clean, tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper for cooking in the kitchen.Heat wave while we were there but the property was not too hot considering.Great food recommendations in the accommodation brochure”

“A great little apartment in the heart of Tombland in Norwich. We’ve stayed in local hotels previously so knew the area. A very clean apartment on the second floor of the block. Secure parking and a secluded spot. A short walk in to the heart of Norwich with a selection of bars and restaurants.”

“This is an absolutely charming glamping option, with the railway carriage beautifully converted to very cosy accommodation for one or two. In summer, it's lovely to spend the evening in the small but very comfortable seating area. While the carriage is in the garden of a large house, sensitively applied fencing and planting means that it feels very private to the glampers. All the essentials are in the kitchenette, the shower is great, the bed is very comfortable - everything has been thought……

“Hi Eleanor We very much enjoyed our stay the location couldn't have been better , there was everything in the apartment we needed to make our stay comfortable also would just like to comment on how immaculate it all was Many thanks.”

“I WOULD JUST PREFER TO FIND MORE EASYLY BUT I CANT FAULT THE PROPERTY”

“Stayed for a festival out at Earlham Park. Did not have a vehicle, buses to from Norwich and the Uni are quite convenient. Walked most days. 1 mile to Earlham, 2 miles to Norwich. The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedroom space, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Common living space is a little sparce, but we spent little time outside of sleeping, so not an issue in the least. 15 minutes by Uber to the airport. There's a Tesco and a Food Coop a short walk through the……

“Extremely helpful host who went out of their way to assist with queries prior to booking. Excellent communication with quick responses both before and during stay ensuring we were kept updated on all relevant information. I would certainly recommend Luis without hesitation. The property was exactly as described and located in a good quiet area of the city centre whilst having quick and easy access to local resources in regards entertainment, shops, restaurants etc. Very happy our choice of both……

“The accommodation was lovely, clean and spacious. It was the perfect location and the access to the hot tub was a brilliant addition.”
