“The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the property was very good, within easy walking distance of the centre of Norwich so no need to take the car. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is a self-service buffet - cereals and bread for toast are provided and there is orange juice, butter, milk, jam etc. in a small fridge. Microwaveable porridge was also available, however, there were no kitchen scales so it would have been difficult to measure out the correct……
“Good location, friendly staff, good room, food good but breakfast service somewhat inattentive. Would stay again. Carpets need cleaning in corridors. Lift very squeaky- needs attention. Overall 8/10”
“Nice hotel with kitchenette so able to grab what ever food is needed.
A few local pubs around with the best being the Pear Tree as staff are pleasent and greeting.
Key pad is a little confusing but once fathomed easy to use.

“The room was spacious and clean and relatively quiet given that the 'hotel' ( consisting of 4 houses dotted around 3 streets was next to a busy road. The buildings looked tired and needed some updating. There is no reception desk and you will not see a person - everything is done on WhatsApp. No breakfast room and you need to order it 48 hours before - no service and 'character' - still location is good and central”
