Apartment Sunny Gallery With Terrace In Center Of Split

"Sunny Gallery" is a brand new apartment situated IN THE CENTER of Split. It is located 100m from central city promenade "Riva" and 400m from Diocletian's palace. New city promenade "West Coast" and city central recreational zone hill "Marjan" are 200m away. Furthermore, ferry port, central train station, central bus station, and stadium Poljud are within 10 minutes by walk as well as all the best restaurants, popular caffe bars, green market, fish market, rent-a-car, rent-a-bike, banks, pharmacies, bakeries, washing self - service etc.

The flat consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped and modern kitchen, bathroom and a terrace. Every room has an air conditioning system and a TV. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. Apartment is ideal for four people, but it can accommodate up to six (queen size sofa bed). Guests have access to free WiFi internet and cable TV.

"Sunny Gallery" is situated in a pedestrian zone so there is no traffic noise. "Senjska" street is connecting central city promenade "Riva" and hill "Marjan". 20m below the apartment is a little city square called "Šperun" which is a location of few top city restaurants, a grocery store and a self service laundry. Little family bakery is located right in front of the building in which apartment is situated.

PARKING:
The apartment is situated in a pedestrian zone so there is no private parking spots available but there are public parking spots 50m from the apartment. Price per hour is 10 kunas (1,5 euros) with maximal time of use of 2 hours. There are public parking spots 15 minutes by walk from the apartment where you could leave your car entire day for a price of 100 kunas (15 euros). If you are arriving by car I'm at your disposal to help you find appropriate solution for your vehicle.

100m from the apartment is a public bus station (line number 12) from where you can directly go to the city beach or tennis courts at "Marjan" hill. There is a taxicab stand at the same spot. Ferry port, central train station and central bus station are within 10 minutes by walk from the apartment.

Great apartment in a really good location, very close to the marina and the old town - all walkable. There are at least three good restaurants just beneath the flat. Great host with an attention to detail. Everything you need for your stay is in the flat. Comfortable beds with A/C in each bedroom. Lovely little balcony to sit out on after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this flat!

Excellent location and cleanliness. Air conditioning in all rooms very welcome in the hot weather. In particular appreciated the extras in tbe kitchen and laundry ie. Laundry powder, salt, pepper, oil, soap etc. Having a washing machine was fantastic!

Wonderful Split

Bruno’s apartment is centrally located. We could walk everywhere! Restaurants and grocery stores are steps away. Bruno is very responsive and helped us find a parking spot for our rental car. His apartment is tastefully furnished and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. I would stay here again!

A great stay in Split!

The apartment was clean, cool (great during the summer to come back after a hot summer day) and quiet in the evenings. The location was great - a 1 minute walk to a number of amazing restaurants and there were 2 markets nearby to get groceries. We never had more than a 10 minute walk to anything in Split. Bruno also arranged a walking tour of Split at the last minute for us that was a great way to start our vacation. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great Apartment

My husband, 18 yr old son, and I stayed here 4 nights. It was very comfortable and fit us nicely. The owner was very nice. He met us at the apartment showed us around. It was an easy process to meet up and gain access. The location was great. Beautiful old town neighborhood close to everything but still quiet at night for sleeping. I highly recommend this place. It’s on the top floor which I like for the view of neighboring rooftops, but you need to be okay walking a few flights of stairs.

The place is very newly renovated and clean. Very proximate to the water, store. There are many flights of stairs to the top floor apartment and for our stay unfortunate construction right next door. But thank you to the family, we had a very nice stay in Split.

Lovely Cosy Appartment

Perfect size for the 3 of us. Very clean. Two bedrooms were a great size and we loved the small balcony looking across the rooftops and towards the mountains. Location was good - in easy walking distance of eateries, bars and a grocers and a few minutes more gets you to all the central tourist areas. Also a busstop 2 mins away that we took to the beaches and wooded park which was lovely. Temperature in Oct/Nov was really pleasant. Host comms via whatsapp during stay was really handy and appreciated. Please note, as is normal for Split, apartmemt is located up several fligts of stairs. A tiny improvement I would recommend is the addition of some coats hooks for the couple of days we had some rain. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought the apartment was great.

Absolutely perfect!

I had a lovely stay with my two teenagers at this beautiful apartment. We spent three days in Split, and Sunny Gallery did not disappoint! A perfect location just steps away from restaurants, shopping and the marina. The apartment is clean and well appointed, with very comfortable beds and linens, and very quiet at night. We were able to do some of our own laundry right inside the apartment, but there is also a full service laundromat and a grocery store just around the corner. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. This property deserves 5 stars all the way.

Great location at the edge of downtown

This is a nice apartment in a great location. It is at the edge of the busy downtown area. As a result, it is very easy to get to all parts of the historic downtown, yet it is in a quiet locations with many great restaurants nearby. The beds were also quite comfortable, which is important for our somewhat sensitive backs. The balcony is a definite plus. Two minor issues to be aware of is that the commons space is quite small - which becomes an issue if its raining and the balcony is not usable. Also, the unit is on the third floor which might be a concern for folks who have trouble climbing stairs. Bruno, our host, was very responsive, helped us arrange transportation from the airport and even helped us getting our luggage into the apartment. He also made several very good recommendations for restaurants and helped us find parking for our rental car. This said, finding parking for a rental car anywhere near downtown is not trivial. We held off renting ours until a day or two before leaving Split. Saved us some money and the car is just a burden since downtown is readily accessible by foot.
