We had a great time. Staff was very helpful, room was clean, and breakfast was excellent and enough to get us through lunch. It is near several bus lines that go to old town, but you can also walk along the water (about 2 miles) or use ride share (about 10 euros). The beach right in front of the hotel was beautiful and there is lots for kids to do - water obstacle course, splash pad, skate park, basketball, tennis and soccer. Areas around the block require caution when walking as the streets are narrows with lots of cars. Checked in late at night ( around 1 AM). So we were not bothered with the construction that was going on the beach. Everything was ok until we checked out and the receptionist made us pay 8 euros for two small bottles of still water that we assumed were complimentary. Receptionist assured us that tap water was drinkable and free of charge. So the viue and beach could not be used. It was mentioned in the hotel description at the absolute bottom and only as “construction might make disturbing sound” witch was not the problem. Ante nuestra queja el personal no hizo absolutamente nada. Al reservar las condiciones decía desayuno disponible y no interpretamos que no estaba incluido sale 15 euros adicionales. We couldn't even lay under the sheet. Room smelled like it had been smoked in quite a bit. The view is fabulous though.
