Guest Access:

Entire Home and Backyard. Pool is typically open May thru middle of September based on weather conditions, reminder the pool is not heated. 2026 Pool Open Date April 15th (but water will be chilly, temps don't typically become favorable for swimming until middle to end of May). 2026 Pool Closing Date is Sept. 23rd.



The Neighborhood:

Near Downriver golf course and Audubon park! This safe neighborhood is great for walking or any kind of transportation! People are friendly and several restaurants and bars are within walking distance!



Getting Around:

- 10 minutes to I-90, Downtown Spokane, Spokane Arena, & The Podium.

- 15 minutes to Spokane International Airport.

- 1 hour to Silverwood (47 miles)



Other Things to Note:

Indoor Fireplaces are prohibited from being used.

We cannot provide pool floats due to local code regulations.

Pool is serviced regularly during the week - typically on Thursday or Friday.



- Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and serve food.

- High Speed WiFi ready to handle up to 15 guests.

- No Stairs on property.

- Fenced in backyard

- Pool is typically open from May thru September. The pool is not heated.

- Washer and Dryer onsite.
