"I had a wonderful experience at The Alder at Resorts World Catskills; it truly exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness and maintenance were exceptional, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the atmosphere was soothing, away from the hustle and bustle of the casino but close enough to enjoy the fun whenever I wanted. The customer service was outstanding; the staff always smiled and were willing to help at all times. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and very clean, which contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable.
