The inside and outside were both clean and updated with Margaritaville themed decor throughout. All beds were comfy, living room furniture is roomy and solid with reclining chairs, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful! It gave us the the most amazing spot to see fish, dolphins, and manatees that would swim by all day long!! The under-deck screened patio was also an awesome hang out spot while we cooked on the stone top grill. The yard area was great for sunbathing and relaxing in Adirondack chairs at the edge of the river. Hospital Hole (where the manatees hang out) is only a short 5 minute paddle by kayak. the Upper Deck restaurant is a 1 minute walk through the neighborhood, and they have the BEST fried gator and conch fritters!! The fireplace was perfect for setting the cozy ambiance during a chilly weekend. We especially enjoyed the downstairs area with the TV for watching football. The kitchen is well stocked, which is great since we cook most of our meals. The space is very comfortable and welcoming. Don’t miss LaurieCue for some excellent BBQ while you’re in town! ##### Heather F. Chairs that are set out next to the water. The house is decorated beautifully to the theme of Margaritaville. we love the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. The owners go above and beyond that ensures everything is in place. We even had coffee ready to go to enjoy our first morning. We stayed seven days and loved every minute of it. We didn’t wanna leave. The place is very clean. Mattresses were nice to sleep on. Pricing may seem a little high, but for what you get is certainly worth it. I would highly recommend this place. Will be back next year. Tonya and her Husband went above in beyond with timely communication from booking to check-in, and even questions while in the home for local recommendations. Their home is spacious, clean, decked out in fabulous Jimmy Buffet/Cheeseburger in Paradise/Margaritaville decor, and every kitchen appliance and tool needed to make a feast every night! It was absolutely wonderful. This was a memorable trip for our family and can’t wait to go back in the future! I highly recommend. I would actually pass this house and it looked appealing from the outside. I could never have been prepared for how well equipped, decorated, clean and the degree of detail which is paid to this home. There is nothing I could not have done as far as cooking, watching the TV and outdoor activities the area has to offer. Communications were great, and the guide in the home was super practical. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect getaway. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled stay — from kayaks and paddle boards to cornhole for some friendly competition.We absolutely loved the Margaritaville theme throughout the home; it added such a fun, laid-back vibe to our trip. But the real highlight was the direct access to the river — it truly doesn’t get better than that.
