A Hidden Gem in SpringHill

House was perfect for our month stay. Kitchen fully equipped, refreshing pool and beautiful park like setting. Lisa and Bear were the perfect hosts. I would highly recommend.

Springhill home with pool

We were absolutely delighted with this home and its amenities! The house had everything as described in the host’s listing and we really enjoyed sitting out by the covered pool. We had great communication with our host and would love to stay here again soon!

Lovely Home

Lovely clean home, just as described in the listing. Owner communicated promptly and effectively. Would be a great option for a family with two children. Nice pool and very spacious shaded back yard.

Lat minute weekend getaway

We came down on a last minute spring break trip to visit family. The house and pool were clean and well appointed. We all had a great stay! We will be saving this property for future use. Lisa was very quick at responding to my questions and she was very helpful.

A Great Place to Stay While Visiting Family

There's some things to do in the area as a tourist but most people will probably look at this property as a home for the winter (snowbirds) or a place to stay while they visit family. It was so nice and had every convienience including a pool. It's recently flipped and everything including the furnature is brand new. The property is huge! There are little trails in a wooded area and plenty of open space. The yard is fenced too. The owner is very comunicative and easy to work with. If you can't decide where to stay, you won't go wrong choosing this one. We'll be back next time we visit family in the area.

No tv in any bedroom, furniture is definitely yard sale bought. Living room is not comfortable nor desirable.

Enjoyed our stay in Springhill and Florida’s nature coast. Lot’s of biking, hiking, and kayaking.

Enjoyed the stay. Prior guest comments were accurate. With the hot February temperatures the pool warmed up and was refreshing. A reclining lounge chair on the pool deck would make a relaxing day at the pool much better. The interior of the house was updated recently; new cabinets, appliances, towels, dishware, bedding etc. All very nice. The exterior could use an update as previously noted. Very quiet neighborhood, garbage pickup twice a week. They don’t recycle here which was disappointing. Since there was no grill we brought our air fryer along which we used almost every day. The kitchen could use some additional utensils, plastic or wood spoons, scissors, tongs, larger knife. A lamp or two in the living area would improve the ambiance. The nature coast has lots to offer but if you’re looking for the large/wide beaches like Clearwater, it’s about 45 miles away. There are several smaller county park beaches in the immediate area.

Coastal Comfort

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. When staying at a hotel or home, my main concern is cleanliness. This home was very clean so I was very happy. Updated kitchen, bathroom, paint, etc. with coastal decor. The pool is small but perfect for our family. Convenient location close to a Walmart and many choices for dining.

Lovely time!

The house was nicely stocked with amenities and comfortable. What few questions we had were quickly solved by the property manager who was very responsive. Pool was clean and amazing in the Florida heat! We would definitely rent here again. I walked daily in the neighborhood and the kids played in the yard frequently. It was a great value for our family.

Visit with Family

The exterior of the home could use some sprucing up and cleaning; however, the interior of the home was spotless! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you are looking for a well-appointed, luxury rental this is not it but it has the essentials, is clean, convenient, and served us well as a resting spot while visiting family in the area.

This house is fabulous!

We only stayed for a couple nights, but my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quite and safe. The house was very clean and came with all the necessities. We didn't want to crowd into a hotel room and this was exactly what we needed. I even contacted the hostess ahead of time with a special request and she was extremely responsive and accomodating. I hope to stay again when I return to Spring Hill.

Best home

The home was so clean and smelt sanitized when we arrived. There are neighbors but you hardly see them so much privacy. The pictures don’t do the home justice. Definitely would stay there again.
