Our coffee pot didn't work, but we asked and they gave us another one. The staff was very helpful in that way. Breakfast was lacking. So we chose to eat elsewhere. they rooms were comfortable and they were clean, seemed a little dated to me. But over all not a bad stay.

We checked in to our room, immediately noticed multiple roaches (of various sizes) in our room. They were in the bathroom and crawling on the bed. The desk clerk was friendly and apologetic and processes our cancelation. There were no additional rooms available and we had to change hotels completely.

The assistant gm checked me in and was very friendly. The door latch to my room was damaged so there was a gap in the door when it was closed. It appeared the hardware in the door frame was missing so the latch was in a wide space than it was supposed to be. The toilet wasn't completely clean. There was hair and dirt in the corners of the lid. There were stains on the comforter. The hot breakfast items were eggs, waffles or biscuits and gravy. Why wasn't there bacon or sausage. The side door to the facility has a broken lock and did not close. Other than these issues, which could be isolated to my room mostly, I'm alive. I drove into the parking lot to see a car with a flat, and immediately hoped for anything better than sketch. I had a good enough stay for 1 night but would've preferred to spend less than the $200 for 1 night.

I love so much about this hotel! The staff are AMAZING! So friendly and helpful! The location is great. The breakfast is really good. The pool was nice. The only issues were the flickering lights in room 125. Other than that we loved our stay. This was our second time staying here and we will stay again.

The only problem was during the day. The air conditioner was not as cold in the room as we would prefer it in the evenings it got cool and it was great for sleeping and the toilet either in our room or the room next door ran, but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb sleep
