Reasonably priced roomy location with the comforts of home. We were down for graduation weekend and had family coming with us and the space worked out perfectly. Rooms were comfy and lots of extras. The only downside is the traffic can be a little loud, but they have extra fans etc to help drown that out. The house was excellent. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the location. The location is across from a foot truck spot and convenient to everywhere. My code don’t work when I arrived and I called the number expecting to have to wait to hear back and he answered after the 2nd ring and helped us (awesome). They had plenty towels, fully stocked kitchen, and extra blankets. This place was simply amazing. When I come back I will be staying here again. Only thing I would suggest is they get an ironing board and a better iron. We come to Northwest Arkansas yearly for grandson's baseball tournaments. We usually stay in hotels but decided on vrbo this time and found this jewel of a house! Comfortable and inviting with the rich jewel tone decor. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of linens, beds Comfortable, quiet even though next to busy intersection. Would definitely visit again and recommend for a family. Only drawback was one bathroom, but we definitely made it work.
