The king bed was not super comfortable as it was a memory foam, but that may be a preference thing. The house was also super close to the highway, so highway noise is a thing when you are outside. This house was exactly as described in its listing. It was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable. The fire pit in the backyard was very nice even on a warm summer day. Even though this property is located very close to the divided highway, road noise was not an issue as it is virtually sound tight. If there was one area I would say could use Improvement it would be to beef up the kitchen utensils and cookware. Everyone loved the HUGE front porch swing. The backyard was spacious and beautiful. The house was spotless and nicely stocked with necessities and even some nice-to-haves, like cut wood to use in the fire pit.
