"When I first saw this listing, there was only one review & it wasn't great. Fortunately I realize that people have different standards & paid little attention to it. This space is so lovely &, though not much separates the room from the studio/gallery space attached, the owners are quite respectful of privacy & were very helpful when we were too techno-challenged to open the door initially. "This is a cute little apartment in a charming location. Brianne was friendly and responded quickly to questions and issues with WiFi. I do think the listing should be adjusted to be clearer about the following: 1) The bedroom, while large, is on the floor above the rest of the apartment, with a long and steep flight of stairs down to the bathroom; 2) The only window in the bedroom opens onto a fire escape that reaches to the ground, so we did not feel comfortable leaving it open and found the...

"We had a great stay in the apartment during the holidays for a rather impromptu family trip. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our group. Communication was quick & easy, apartment is as shown ("even better" according to one family member), location is great (walkable to restaurants, grocery, etc & quick access to 295). Would highly recommend it & would definitley consider staying here in the future!"
