This leafy, pedestrian path meanders through St Andrews, set back from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, whilst still providing direct access to all the towns amenities. Only a 5 minute walk to the centre of St Andrews and a 10 minute walk to the famous Old Course, this property has been extensively refurbished with a new kitchen, top of the line shower rooms, appliances, walnut wooden flooring and tastefully decorated with custom manufactured furniture throughout. Sleeping up to 8 guests across 3 floors, there is also a front and enclosed, sunny, back garden. The perfect holiday let for golf groups, families and larger groups of friends.
