Historic Downtown Bungalow -Walk To Everything-

  • Newly renovated St. Augustine bungalow that is close to everything downtown! NEW arcade machine just installed. Our very modern beachy furnishings will be the perfect place for you to relax and unwind. Walk to the shops, restaurants, castle, and everything else St. Augustine has to offer when you’re ready to explore. Lots of houses say they are walkable here, but we really are, with an 84 walkability score! Our place has plenty of private off-street parking with a gate for extra privacy. Play cornhole or grill in our huge backyard with a nice fire pit, surrounded by oak and palm trees. Drink coffee from our stocked Keurig, or have a craft beer in the new brewery across the street. There is a free community pool/park a few blocks away for cooling off or entertaining the kids, and we also have a Pack n Play at the house. Free EV charging. We are also located on the historic Freedom Trail. Amazing location in one of the nations best cities!
