“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”

“I booked this hotel because of the history of the building, and its proximity to the museum and other Titanic-related attractions. I found the accommodations comfortable and clean, with fine dining options. The hotel was close to public transportation which I used quite a bit while in the city. The only thing I could suggest is to have parking arrangements with the museum for a flat fee. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys adult-focused accommodations.”

“Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.”

“Nice and tidy hotel near the city centre. Just 15 mins walking distance from Europa bus station. When we arrived at very beginning, the air condition was noisy and we requested to change another room. The staff are helpful and willing to change another room in the same floor. 鄰近商場及巴士總站, 轉變走多十分鐘便是主要大街. 附近亦有超市及找換店, 十分方便”

“酒店外牆搭上棚架，90%房間位於地舖樓上，而其中幾個地舖連同隔鄰地盤進行拆卸工程，早上九時開始，被拆卸工作嘈音吵醒已算了，更出現樓層搖晃、震盪，程度不輕，但由預訂酒店至 check in 入住，酒店亦沒有任何相關資訊及通知，實在有隱瞞情況。”
