We came to Hurricane for the first time. We were pleased with the town and even more pleased with the home. Very nice neighborhood too. We had 4 adults. My wife and myself and 2 other friends. The home had everything we needed to cook dinners every night. Lots of different pots and bakeware. Regular coffee maker, crockpot, toaster, lots of plates and drinkware. Nice that there was plenty of different seasonings as well. Beds were comfortable with lots of extra blankets. Nice having the half bathroom downstairs to use as well. There were 2 master bedrooms, 1 on each floor, along with an extra bedroom with 2 beds in it upstairs. That bedroom had a bathroom right next to it for those guests. TVs in every room including the loft upstairs. Beautiful view of the golf course and tee box from the back porch. The house was close to grocery stores, gas stations, the freeway and restaurants. If we are ever back in Hurricane, we’ll be sure to book this home again.We had a couple questions and reached out to the host and had responses very quickly.

Great location & home!

Stayed here for a 3-day Girl’s Weekend. The home’s layout (3-bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms was perfect). Well appointed amenities in the home. Location couldn’t be better as we were close to Sand Hallow with St. George and Zion just a short drive. My 2nd time staying there but I’m sure there will be a 3rd.

Nice home, plenty of room

We stayed at this home for 10 days while visiting family and friends. Overall the home is very nice and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary cooking items. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and the view of the golf course. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool access was easy and the pool was clean. The beds were comfortable. There were some maintenance issues. One of the guest bathrooms was not clean. A burner on the gas stovetop did not work. One of the living room chairs was broken. The microwave quit working during our stay. Also at the end of our stay the kitchen sink was backing up due to the garbage disposal. We did notify the rental company about the issues and staff did respond via text, however nothing was addressed during our stay. We also noticed that for a higher end home rental, the bedding and pillows were old and worn. Marks on the sheets and discoloration on pillows. Ovwrall I would recommend this property if maintenance issues are improved.

Family golf getaway

This house is a wonderful rental. Lots of space and outdoor options. The view into the golf course was amazing. Great property which was large and spacious. Would definitely rent again.

Utah Trip

Enjoyed our week long stay at the condo. Condo was extremely clean and spacious. Short walk to the pool. Good central location for visiting all the national parks and St George activities.

Great Time!

Location was perfect. We visited Zion, Bryce, North Rim of the Grand Canyon and a day trip to Las Vegas. We golfed a couple of days. The house had plenty of room for our family of 6 and the kitchen had everything you needed. We used the pool and jacuzzies every night. Would definitely stay again if we get back to that area.

Great stay

Well appointed, quiet, clean, with an excellent floor plan. The views were spectacular and the patio was especially nice. Kitchen was well stocked with quality equipment and utensils. all in all a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

Perfect home away from home!

This place is perfect! Everything was so clean and organized— they thought of everything with this property. We loved the beautiful accomodations with warm rich decor. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have fun, too! The pool was close by and the views are just fantastic!! We were very grateful that the air conditioning kept the entire home so comfortable in the heat of the summer. We had a horrible experience at another vacation home where the room temps were so unbearable that we couldn’t sleep. That experience made us nervous to try a VRBO property again… but so glad we did! We were comfortable, relaxed, and had the best time. in fact, we had such a wonderful time we asked to stay another night. And they were so accommodating. The property managers were great to work with— communication was clear and made the whole process so easy. We would definitely go back to the same property again!

Nicer Than Expected

Very nice property. Pics don’t do justice. Decorated well, fantastic location and great service. Would stay again and have already recommended to family. Only issue was master bedroom mattress is far too soft.

Amazing

This property was amazing. We had a great time staying here for spring break. The kids went swimming in the pool. We drank coffee on the balcony. We even played several games of ping pong in the garage. Overall if we come back to this area again will be absolutely be trying to book this house again.

Great Vacation

This is a beautiful and comfortable house, where we felt very much at home. The rooms were all spacious and well appointed. Our family always brings card/board games on vacation and there were great places to hang out and play, both upstairs and down. We also enjoyed the ping pong table that was provided. I wish the weather had been nice enough to enjoy the great views from the patio and decks but we were still able to enjoy the view from inside, sitting in front of the fireplace! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a majority of our meals at home, including spices and fun serving dishes. We would definitely stay here again!

Ironman triathlon stay

This was the perfect option for my visit to St. George, Utah for the Ironman World Championship race. Clean and comfortable property and very easy to deal with. Beautiful neighborhood convenient to the highway.

Would stay here again!

Our group was impressed with this unit. So spacey! The view is spectacular especially at sunset. Well equipped in the kitchen, especially for wine lovers. Plenty of supplies in the laundry room and bathrooms. Easy access to grocery shopping, eating out and I-15. Our only disappoin tment was the cleanliess of the unit. Clean looking on the surface but could use a deep clean especially of the tile floors, doors, baseboards etc. overall it was great place to stay for a week!

Great house but listing had an issue

When we booked the house the listing showed a different property address. It was important for us because we wanted to stay next to the convention center but the location was 15 mins away from the downtown. After some arguing with the property owner we received $50 gas reimbursement. The property manager assured us it was VBRO mistake. The house itself was clean, welcoming and we had all we need for our 5 nights stay. I would stay in this house again but for the better price since it is not located in the town center. Thank you
