Very satisfied with the stay. Very nice Beach location was only a minute walk if that. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a great stay! We really enjoyed the location and all the amenities provided such as beach chairs/umbrella. The outdoor shower was so handy when coming in from the beach and the pool was very clean. The location is very quiet and peaceful for it being the busiest time of the year. Very great location away from more of the traffic you see surrounding the restaurants. Very close to state park if you wanted to swim there or going on a hike. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The location was great. The community was great also. It was very quiet, and the beach was beautiful and not crowded! The unit was nice, the bed was very comfortable, and it was nice and cool inside. It was a little bit dated, but that was no big deal.

We loved our long weekend trip to St. George island and this condo was perfect for our 1 year anniversary trip! We booked last minute so had to bring our fur babies with us and it was the perfect set up for that.The location to the beach was a short easy walk.The kitchen had all necessities for cooking. It was a great place and we will definitely be back! Also, thank you George for letting use your beach chairs!

Strong points: 1) excellent location close to the beach and other amenities on St George Island, 2) the layout of the townhome was convenient with a pleasant living area and functional kitchen, 3) the property liaison (GK) was pleasant and responded to our concerns in a timely manner, 4) two pools on property were well maintained. Weak points: 1) the townhome was unpleasantly dirty (the floors and ceiling fans were particularly filthy), and should have undergone an extensive professional cleaning before we arrived, 2) the bed is old and creaky and needs replacing. We expected, for the price, that the property would be very clean, but it was not.

Great Condo and location

Our family stayed at this condo for a family vacation. The location was perfect with all of the amenities you need. The unit was clean, decorated nicely, and supplied with an array of daily items needed.

Just gets better every time I stay here love the renovations

Absolutely amazing stay I’ve actually stayed at this property two times before and love the renovations. Such a quiet serene community. Great location went paddle boarding just one minute away and convenient to so many little quaint towns to shop and eat.

Perfect spot for my family

My husband and I brought our almost 2 year old to stay at SGI and loved it! Such a short walk to the beach and the property was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the pool also. Such a quiet, family friendly beach.

We love Ocean Mile 300. This was our 3rd trip in a row here. The place was great. Always peaceful.
