You'll have access to a pool, fitness center, tennis & playground during your stay, even a car vac! Parking is at the door to this fully-equipped & well-appointed unit that sleeps 6, w/ ALL of the beach gear you could need + 2 bikes. 2.2m to the beach for an easy ride. It's fully equipped with all the linens and kitchen supplies you'll need, including a full spice rack, a high chair & pack-n-play. Even tennis racquets & balls! We've tried to think of everything!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove any perishables from the fridge and take all trash to the community dumpster on your way out (to the left of the gates)
Please ensure the bikes are locked and covered, if you used them during your stay.
Please set the A/C to 75 or the heat to 65.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking in the building's hallways. If you must, go out back to the green space and do NOT throw butts into the pine needles (fire hazzard!)
