“Uniquely wonderful, loved it. ”

“The lady might have been the nicest I have ever encountered at a hotel during my years of travelling! The accommodation was very nice for that price point. Was just looking for a place for a good deal with clean sheets, and it was exactly that. There’s no front desk there so it’s best to message the property before arriving. I didn’t realize this until I got there, so walked down the road to KFC to get wifi and message. She replied within minutes, then came and picked us up in her car and drove……

“Impeccable view. So serene and beautiful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Could’ve done with mosquito screen doors / windows and extractor fan in toilet to help humidity in bathroom. ”

“This is a modern and reasonably decorated hotel. However, when we checked in, we were placed in a room that smelt of cigarette smoke. We changed it, but were placed in a room that smelt of damp. That was bad enough, but when we asked for help with the room, the front desk staff promised they would call us back and then did not do so. We asked for help a second time and were again given fake excuses; one member of reception (Nitin) promised to have his management send us a letter under the door……

“酒店很好，欧洲游客极多，我们入住期间大概是仅有的亚洲面孔。酒店附近有小镇，可以吃饭，比酒店自助餐或单点便宜很多， 建议天天在酒店晚餐还是定半食宿好点，酒店也可单点 。小镇还有DFS,可以买便宜T恤，我们骑车大概20分钟可以到达，在林荫路上骑车也是很好的感觉。 入住期间可以在酒店订车出去游玩。总之，SANDS不错。”

“Ein wunderschönes Hotel in toller Lage! Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick, die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss haben direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und zum Hotelpool, mit genügend Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen für alle Gäste. Der Ausblick aus der Terassentür unseres Apartments war traumhaft, wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Es gibt außerdem einen direkten Zugang zum weißen Sandstrand Trou aux Biches von der Hotelterasse. Eine riesiges Dankeschön geht an das Team der Rezeption, Poonam, Kushi, und Vanshika, und das……

“We stayed there for our 10-year anniversary. Nice view. However, we paid an expensive nightly rate for a half board. The main restaurant is supposed to be opened until 10pm. We arrived at 8pm for our reservation. Not even 15min after our arrival, the staff clearly started to do everything possible to make us understand we ought to be leaving asap. Like cleaning the dishes, heavily racking chairs on the floor, setting up for breakfast 2h before closing time… they did everything except being……
