Geof and the place were both great! It was very easy to get in, and the place had absolutely everything you could ever want or need. The area surrounding is also beautiful! And there was a bonus that the neighbor's dog came up for a quick visit :) over all, a really good stay! We would absolutely come back if we were in the area again!

Cleanest and most thoughtful VRBO we have stayed in. We had everything we needed. Loved the guest reference binder to help with hikes and local establishments. Hot tub was clean and HOT. Just perfect.

We loved our short stay at Sheltowee Cabin, the place was clean, comfortable and private, with great proximity to just about anything you’d want to do in RRG. The host is exceptional—responsive and helpful, generous with advise, and thoughtfully provides all kinds of area reference resources for guests so they can get as much out of their time as they’d like without having to do a lot of research an trial-and-error exploring. We will definitely be back!

This property was very clean and well appointed. The hot tub was a big plus. AC/heating worked well though not much in need at this time of year. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, cookware and silverware. A top of the line clothes washer and dryer are available. Will highly likely return to this property for a return trip to the Red River Gorge. Very much enjoyed.

Cozy cabin

The cabin was very quaint and close to local attractions. Geof provided a lot of good information about the local trails and restaurants which was really helpful. The cabin was very well stocked.

Great little get away on a quiet road. Super clean, plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and whatnot. Geoff went beyond with maps and books to help you get acquainted with what to do in the area. Great stay!

Good price, close, quiet and stocked.

Great covered front porch, enough space for a family of 3. We used the front porch for all of our home dining, places for hanging our hammocks, peaceful with very little traffic, great air conditioning, simple and affordable.

The owner's hospitality is exceptional! There has been a lot of thought and care put into this property and to make guests feel at home. The location, view, and amenities are all wonderful here. This is my third stay at this property (3rd year in a row), and I plan to return again and again.
