"It’s out dated and dirty"

"Room was spacious and clean. Pool and hot tub were condemed and not open. Breakfast was very good with cold and hot options. Air conditioning fan did not blow very well but we were comfortable"

"Our stay was generally fine. My one criticism was that we stayed over 2 nights and had no housekeeping. They asked us at check in if we wanted housekeeping and we said yes. No need to change sheets, but we wanted fresh towels and the beds to be made. After a long day at a baseball tournament, we came back to an untouched room. Beds were not made, we had no clean towels and garbage not taken out. And they had plenty of time to do it because we left at 8:30 am and weren’t back in our room until 7pm. I’m frustrated with hotels that stopped doing housekeeping during Covid and haven’t gone back to it since then, ESPECIALLY when you ask if we want it, and especially at the price we paid for this hotel…price was hiked because of the baseball tournament that was in town!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! The pictures don’t accurately represent the hotel. I didn’t feel safe staying here with my family. We left and drove to the next town because all of the other hotels in N. Platte were booked. The staff was rude when we decided not to stay for safety reasons and refused to refund our room. "

"Facility was extremely clean and well kept. We had a chance to meet the owner who was friendly and helpful. This is our new favorite place to stop while traveling through Nebraska."

"Great location and additional parking at neighboring business parking lots. Good eating options adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The fire pit is a great place to relax. The hotel has construction to upgrade rooms, but this was a non-issue for us."
