You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Your Penn State Destination

5 bed 2 bath SPLIT LEVEL home (Duplex) available for Penn State football, graduation, arts fest etc. 5-minute drive to Beaver Stadium, BJC, and downtown State College. House can be rented separately or as a whole. Given this option, please contact me prior to making reservations to ensure the arrangement you want is available. Rental rate is based upon renting the entire house (UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DESCRIPTION).

Guest capacity is as follows:
Entire home (12 -15 guests): 5 bedrooms 2 baths

Main floor only (8-10 guests): 3 bedrooms (master - queen, BR 2 - full, BR 3 full futon and queen, living room - sectional couch), 1 bath

Basement apartment only (5-7 guests) (master - king, BR 2 - full and single futon, living room - sectional couch and pull-out loveseat), 1 bath

Amenities include:

On and off street parking
Wifi
Pet friendly (dogs only. Sorry, no cats due to allergies)
(2) Large Wire Dog crates
(1) Queen and (1) single air mattress available upon request

*A Siberian Husky does live in our home if anyone has allergies to dogs.

Lisa was very easy to communicate with and the place was able to accommodate our large group. The property was walkable to the campus, restaurants, and stores. Would recommend to anybody going to the area!

PSU Football

Close to stadium, easy access to all of State College. House was very roomy. Lisa was welcoming and there if we needed anything.

The house was spacious and really comfortable. It was so nice to have the whole house, which included the downstairs apartment and two outdoor seating areas. The kitchen was well appointed and appliances all were in great shape. The host was wonderful and excellent with communicating throughout the whole process. Short term rentals are becoming unpredictable but from the beginning, I felt very comfortable that this one was going to work out because of the great communication with the host. Having only two bathrooms for a large group can be challenging but we all managed to do just fine for this stay. Location was great: Penn Stare is a quick drive and there is a Giant grocery store right around the corner.
