Estos modernos y pintorescos, condominios frente al mar cuenta con un muelle flotante de aluminio con una hoja de barco designado para cada unidad y una planta baja privada frente armario de almacenamiento para los pescadores. Para aquellos que buscan relajarse y descansar, comenzar sus mañanas fuera viendo salir el sol con un café en la terraza panorámica con vistas al pintoresco río Steinhatchee antes de relajarse en o alrededor de la piscina frente al río. Unidad cuenta con una cama king size en el dormitorio principal, dos camas tamaño queen en la habitación de invitados, además de un sofá-cama de tamaño completo en la sala de estar. Cada dormitorio y la sala se completa con su propia televisión. Convenientemente ubicado a sólo una milla del Golfo de México (cinco minutos en barco) en el lado sur del río, unidades de condominios están situados justo al lado de Good Times Marina, que lleva todas sus pesca, la navegación y los suministros festoneado. Easy access to water, dock in great condition, condo was clean and beautifully decorated (love the plantation shutters). Elevator for unloading was a nice addition. Plenty of car parking, boat and trailer parking right across the street. The Who-dat marina and restaurant next door was fabulous. We were able to enjoy the pool in the afternoons and watch the sunset. Our only complaint had nothing to do with the property itself but the neighbors in the Salmon color home next door are really inconsiderate- played obnoxiously loud music until 3am.
