“Clean room. Helpful staff”

“I arrived and the staff was NOT friendly at all throughout my stay of 2 nights. Walked past several employees with no acknowledgment, when I went to check out she did not ask how my stay was nor did she say “good morning”. Dinner was horrible, they were out of several menu items and the burnt our baked potatoes. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not stay myself. Hampton Inn would have been a better choice.”

“I would never ever stay here again. There were holes in the wall. The room was extremely dirty. They only turn the heat on in the pool if you give them notice ahead of time... and after seeing the condition of the rooms I wouldn't trust the pool. Our room even included exposed wiring! We took one look and checked back out. Expedia helped us get refunded but the hotel would not refund the first night even though we didn't stay. It was an epic fail. Avoid!”

“We stay at OUInn every time we pass through Athens (at least once a year). One thing the room need is more towel bars and hooks in the bathroom”

“Cute property. Clean and comfortable bed. Perfect for an overnight stay. Barn door on the bathroom didn’t give enough privacy.”

“Saturday was bagels and muffins.no hot food staff member was unable to come in. Sunday was awesome had waffles and croissant with egg delicious. She kept the place neat and well stocked on Sunday morning. ”

“When we got there, the trash bin was dirty and there was a tea bag in the coffee maker. Looks disgusting! ”

“Rooms were pretty clean, bathroom was alright. Shower and tub worked but the tub coating was peeling. Pool could use cleaning as the stagnant was discolored. Hot tub was under maintenance, which was very dissappointing”
