The property and the staff were fine. No big complaints but no extra effort. The clerk that checked us in was great but his manager was less than helpful. We didn't have a remote in the room when we checked in though one was brought to us quickly. The carpet was damp - not sure why.

A little basic, but the rooms themselves were good and clean. Where this place shines is the staff. CJ at the front desk was fantastic. Beyond helpful, was polite and a pleasure to interact with. Definitely keep CJ here as he is your true asset!

This Hampton Inn is barely a Hilton property. The place us clean, but the staff is minimal functioning, and the outer door scanner and elevator was not working! The room is comfortable but the total experience (especially the elevator- I was on the third floor!) was a disappointment. Not sure I'd return for the price. I wasn't impressed.
