Located on an Island in the California Delta VERY CLOSE TO THE GRAND ISLAND MANSION, and Lodi Vineyards. This vacation home has so much charm you will need to come back, again and again, to take it all in. Two (2) private boat docks, nice size yard with deck and lawn, master suite with sofa, game table, balcony, 85inch flat screen TV for movie night. Two (2) bedrooms downstairs with seating areas. Jetted tub in bathroom, fireplace in the bedroom, wood-burning stove in the family room, washer and dryer, sheets, towels, Central heat and air, Out door dining table for 6, 2 lounge chairs and fire pit.

Absolutely amazing. We have stayed many place but this is one we will be going back again and again. Talk about a stress reduction…this is the place. Very well stocked with ever you may need. The kitchen is perfect. Heck the whole house is amazing. Watching the boaters was a treat.
Amazing moon. Beautiful nights
Grandson loves to fish. This was perfect anytime of the day.

Fabulous location; outstanding property. Launched our boat at Vieira's resort; it was a 5 minute boat ride to the house. Would definitely stay again.

Great place on the Delta

Magical Island Stay

4 Adults and 2 children visited one day. Excellent dock for fishing. Nice outdoor area to enjoy the river and watch ships go by. Beds very comfy and excellent air conditioning since the days were hot. The kitchen is small but functions well. Fun to walk around the island with friendly neighbors chatting or giving a wave

Wonderful Home on the Water

We had a wonderful stay. Home is very welcoming, beds are comfortable ,living space is open and it has a gorgeous view of the river. Boat dock work out great for us. Our visit was during thanksgiving week, would love to come back during the summer. Thank You for sharing your home!

Nice and Relaxing 4th of July

Once again, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay at your home Gina. Thank you for being such a wonderful host and having such a great home. It was so nice just hanging out in the backyard, on the water. Everyone is so friendly. We are looking forward to coming back again next year.

Another Wonderful Week

This is our third year at this cabin. We can't say enough about how much our family and friends enjoy staying there. We are boaters, and for this week we brought a little run about RIB, and an el toro sailboat, and utilized the river as much as possible. This year we rented it for one week for the family, and we return in 2 weeks to share this gem with friends.

Delta living

Very nice rental ans property owner is awesome

Stayed for New Years Eve and it was real relaxing and quite. The house itself is everything I was expecting with lots of exttas. The property is basicly stocked with all the essentials and even some things you wouldnt even expect. The property owner was super nice and very helpful.. She responded quickly to any questions or problems we had. I have rented other properties on this site and airbnb and Gina the property owner I have to say is hands down the best owner I have dealt with. I would highly recommend this renral to anyone with out small children do to the spiral stairs but other then that I intend on going back soon.

Great place, some things to know

We have stayed here many times over the years and really love it. This time there were some differences that were disappointing. They no longer provide paper towels, wish we knew that up front. Missing hand soap in the upstairs bath. Knives were all very dull. No wine bottle opener. These are small things but still a bummer. As others have mentioned, amazing tree in the backyard is dead. The silt has really built up near the dock, so at low tide it was too shallow to dock the boat without it getting stuck in the mud, no bueno. You’ll need to be out on the river at low tide, or be prepared to anchor your boat away from the dock at that time. With all that, we will still stay here again, we will just be better prepared. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Hopefully the minor issues will be resolved before our next stay.

This was the perfect property for a family getaway. Boating was made super easy with the private dock. The kitchen was well stocked which made meals a breeze. Kids were able to entertain themselves in the yard. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Delta summer trip

We had a great stay boating and going out to eat on the River. Very convenient for boating and the House was great. Back yard grass needed to be cut, but otherwise a wonderful time and we will be back next summer.

2nd time we stayed here. Great house and location. The dock outside the door is a huge draw. Unfortunately, the tides weren't in our favor and could not get the boat in or out for the majority of the day (11a - 4p) for 5 days due to low tide. Boat sat in the mud at the dock for hours.

Very nice open format that lets you enjoy the beautiful river view. Only complaints are that there were no directions for the stove which was new and we had never used this kind before and the dvd player was not hooked up and ready to use. It is a very good & private location which led to a very good relaxing time.

Nice place on the Delta

We had a 4 night stay to attend a wedding at the Grand Island Mansion which is actually over 10 miles away on narror poor roads with no lights so the drive was long. The home was ok, had ramdom personal items scattered all over and not the cleanest. Beds were very comfortable and linens & towels were clean. Unfortunately the yard was unusable with grass and weeds 2 ft high. Host was apologetic and refunded me 175. I think I was disappointed because I was hoping for a beautiful place and yard for my sons wedding weekend.

Rolling on the River

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home situated on a small private island along the Sacramento River. The neighborhood was an unexpected gem, filled with luxury homes and serene surroundings. The house itself was well-updated, tastefully furnished, and boasted an incredible river view—a perfect retreat.The only minor inconvenience was that some dishes were not clean upon arrival. However, the dishwasher quickly resolved this, so it didn’t detract from the overall experience. A heads-up for future visitors: there’s ongoing roadwork nearby that could cause delays and detours, so be sure to check traffic updates in advance.All in all, this was a wonderful stay, and I’d gladly return on my next trip to the area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location

The location is beautiful for exploring the Sacramento river. The house is older, however we enjoyed our stay and loved the river views.
