“Good central location, we had room 26 which overlooks the park, the noise of trams and traffic was a bit disturbing, so we got earplugs. Beds were comfortable and shower was nice. To be fair we didn’t spend alot of time in the room, staff were helpful, there’s a kettle and coffee, tea and sugar. There’s a shop just up the road where you can get milk. The onsite cafe was ok. There’s so many great places to eat etc…… If your going to the main square be prepared for the price.”

“The location of the hotel was perfect for spending time in both Old Town and Kazimierz. The room was quite a bit smaller than the photos appeared with no where to store luggage and not much space to place toiletry bags. The room was clean, the staff friendly and the coffee maker didn’t work despite asking that a new one be provided. We just purchased our coffee off site at a little cafe each morning which worked out fine for us. We asked for our room to have a queen sized bed but ended up with……

“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”

“They had two bathrooms in 2 bed apartment which was superb. Balcony was nice to have some tea. The mattress was soooooo soft that it was impossible for me to sleep, i had to sleep on the sofa bed. They charged quite costly cleaning fee and it seemed like they didn't clean it thoroughly. We wiped the floors as we were picking up our hair and there was so much dust. ”

A little tricky to find but well worth the stay. Apartment could have used blackout curtains as the sun comes up very early in the summer.”

“The photos of this aparthotel were not accurate and made the room look much larger than it actually was. The room was extremely small, and the floor was uneven to the point where it felt like you were sliding downhill. Soundproofing was very poor. We could hear people walking around in the room next door, and on our first night we woke up at 01:30 because the guests next door were so loud that we genuinely thought they had entered our room. “I definitely recommend this apartment. My family of 4 stayed four nights here and the location was perfect to explore both old town and the Jewish quarter as well as easy access to public transportation such as trams, trains and busses. We arrived late around 9pm so it was very dark and we didn't find the light switched in the halls until the next morning so finding the room was kind of difficult for us.
