The property is nice, very clean and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Its literally next door to a nice mall and there is a metro stop in front of the hotel. Rooms are nice and the free breakfast is good. Iverall, great hotel and great stay.

Great hotel would stay again

Very central - the gentleman who checked me in was very welcoming and kind. My room was spacious with an excellent shower and comfy bed and great WiFi. The gym was very good as it had a cable machine so could use that - the complimentary breakfast has great selection and quality. Highly recommended.

Good location by the station but could hear the trains at night from our room even with ear plugs in. Breakfast was very busy every morning - continental spread was ok and staff kept things refilled. Could do with more lifts especially as cleaning staff used the main ones so had to wait a while. Room could have been cleaned better.

Wouldn’t do it again.

Have less than 20 parking spots for the whole hotel or a 7 minute walk to and from parking lot. Room for 3 you can barely get luggage in. While visiting only 1 nice front desk person. Don’t stay here is there are more that 2 of you and/or you have a car.

Hotel is adjoining a train Station, you can hear some noise at night but not overly loud. Staff not very helpful asked for some clean cups when they left the dirty ones after servicing the room at first they said they would send them up then after waiting a while they called back and said come get them yourself

Parking nightmare

Hotel was good. But had a horrible experience with Parking and hotel staff. Parking is pretty much non-existent in the hotel and beware of where you park in the next door parking mall. My car would have been locked out in the mall during Easter for 2 days. Hotel staff were not helpful and told me that it was my problem for not parking in the right place. I followed the directions as per their advice. Being a non-german speaker and in a new place, I would expect better assistance from the hotel staff.

zentrales Hotel mit U-Bahn-Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, es muss jedoch eine weite Treppe gelaufen werden oder mittelsauberer öffentlicher Aufzug gefahren werden, um zum Bahnsteig zu gelangen. Aufgrund der Bilder gingen wir eigentlich davon aus, dass der Eingang direkt ebenerdig zur Bahnstation zu gelangen. Das Zimmer war für uns plus pubertierenden Sohn gerade so ausreichend, andere Zimmer hatten ihren Bürostuhl in den Flur gestellt. Wir waren per Bahn und nur mit Rucksäcken angereist, welche wir in dem ganz schmalen Schrank unterbringen konnten, mit einer großen Reisetasche/Koffer wäre es zu eng geworden. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass es bei Frühstück immer so voll war und man teilweise auf Plätze warten musste. Die Auswahl hat uns jetzt auch nicht in Begeisterung versetzt. Es gab kein frisches Obst und keinen Obstsalat und die Schlange am Waffelautomaten behinderte den Zugang zu den Marmeladen und Nutella so dass man unnötig warten musste oder sich vordrängen. Denke das könnte logistisch etwas besser gelöst werden. Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig beim Frühstück. Tische aufgrund der Platznot noch krümelig und an einem Tag hatte offensichtlich ein Kleinkind viel gekrümmelt so dass der Boden voll mit Essensresten war, Konnte beobachten dass während unserer Frühstückszeit das vom Personal nicht beachtet wurde während ständig Gruppen auf Suche nach Platz waren und den Tisch darum nicht nutzen konnten und wollten... Auch hier sicher Verbesserungsbedarf.
