"Very nice and clean, Kids loved gaming room. Shower head up-stair bathroom not working, and it seemed like main entrance window had curtain, very visible from outside @ night."

"Place was very nice. Cleaning needs to be more detailed. Lots of cobwebs in the rafters, old fly tape covered in bugs on an upper windowsill, mound on bathroom ceiling, etc. Also, the wall heater is not great to keep the whole place warm. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom were freezing. Like, tile floors making your feet cramp bc they were so cold."

"This cabin is nice and comfortable. It is located in a residential neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Big Bear. It does take at least 25 min. to get to the Village with traffic if you're there during a busy time. The cabin is pretty well-equipped, but the online description lists a “foosball table and darts” which is not correct. Also, it lists “games and card games”, but there is only one incomplete Jenga game and one deck of cards. We would also have wanted some hangers...

Communication with the property team was flawless, the links sent to register, the texting from start to finish made it seamless. The cabin was clean, cozy, well kept, well located and a vacation dream with a perfect backyard to make you feel like you were on a mini getaway. Pictures did it justice. Area was easy to find and well lit for a 10pm arrival. Would give it 5 star and would stay again."

"Cabin was nice overall. I wish it could've been a little cleaner as the kitchen cabinets were quite dirty and sticky. The children loved the tree house. There was old furniture outside in the backyard which I wish was not there. Overall I am happy with my stay."

"We loved our rental. It was just as described. Loved the decor inside and the beautiful views outside. The location was excellent. It was close to Joshua Tree National Park, Rimrock Ranch, Yucca Valley and Pappy and Harriet’s famous cafe. We 5 women, all over 60 years old, felt safe and cozy at all times during our stay ."
