"We stopped by on a road trip just for a place to sleep. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. Most of the restaurants were closed because it was a week night in the off season but there were some restaurants near by. The room was beautiful, clean, and big. It was a very nice place to rest in the middle of a hectic trip. We did stop by the casino just to see it and it's very small but again - clean and well serviced. It was empty but on a snowy Monday in March that wasn't a surprise "

"Parking was easy to find. Rooms were large and fair for the price. The gym was very small, and I couldn't find the pool. Breakfast was also good."

"The pool was freezing and we were unable to sqim, heard a cuatomer complain to lady atvdesk and she told the guy that he can leave or she can call the cops, the guy was just asking why the pool was cold and couldnt they turn heat up. Also when checking in she was being rude on the phone and put her on hold rolling her eyes like she was being bothered. I also had 2 rooms and she took 2 deposits off my card and daughters card and i asked why when we paid for both rooms with 1 card, she got mngry with me. This is poor customer service and we will not be returning.ypu jad alot b of angry gueast last night over the service and the pool. The only reason why we didnt co.e say anything was because we felt she would call cops. I woukd seriously looks at your staff and do something about you pool. Rooms were clean. I will say. Your housekeeping staff is great."
