“Clean, tidy, well stocked, friendly neighbors. Quiet area. Owner is super sweet and was a great help even though she was hundreds of miles away. Had issues checking in as was given the wrong door code. Police came as the alarm went off due to the wrong code. We called Evolve (the rental co), they called owner. Said they would continue to stay in contact but never heard from them again. They didn't ask about the age requirement until we were a few hours away. Bizarre as we had already……
