Americans with disability act nonexistent. I checked in due to brocken airconditioner. Its up the street from my job. I wanted to extend they told me to contact west gate directly they are closed on weekends. So I clicked a button on expedia and extended called Serena at the desk told her she said come and pock up a key in the morning when my Frau went to pick ip the key they told her we needed to move . They never called me I was in a helicopter when my frau texted me . I called the front desk and spoke to the same man who told my Frau to move. We self Identified as disabled congestive heart failure and trouble climbing stairs. The man didn’t have a clue. When I finished working on the helicopters I meet the manager who claimed not to understand my concerns I am a native English speaker and speak fluent German and Spanish. I asked him if it would be better to speak in these two other languages he didn’t understand. He refused to give me the first name of the desk clerk who sent my 68. Year old disabled frau to move from the second upstairs room to the downstairs room. He gave me the morning manager name Shannon
Simply put there are about 70 public noticrs in 2 glass cases dealing with insolvency and trusty sales of the property. If you are looking for a clean room to sleep and able bodied a good choice if you are looking for a resort or or have a disabled family member the Motel 6 is a better choice .
