"Clean room great staff a fun time"

"By far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! The tub/shower was so bad we stood on a towel to shower, mold/mildew on the ceiling and walls, hair in the sink, tub and on the floor, stained sheets. We put our shoes on to walk back and forth from the bed to the bathroom. Under the bed had never been cleaned I’m sure. The continental breakfast was out of items and coffee was a 20 min wait. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk seemed like we were a bother to him. We were only there for about 10 hours and that was to long!"

"The pool area was great. It had like an oasis in the city all kinds of pretty flowers and plants clean comfortable. The whole place was was just great. Never went in the hot tub though, but we will be back if we go to Phoenix again thank you."

"The service was unprofessional very rude. Breakfast is non-existent, unless you deem a plastic to-go container of cereal and powdered milk as breakfast. The photographer for this establishment should be commended for their exceptional work, because it doesnt look anything like its pictures. The pool is nice. No jets in the hot tub."

"We use this hotel to stay one night before our early flight. The person at the hotel stated that they had complementary Uber for us to get from airport to the hotel and then from the hotel back to the airport for our flight. When I attempted to get the Uber from the airport to the hotel for check in. I called the hotel desk and could not get anyone on the phone. Multiple attempts and the line was busy. So we paid for our own Uber to check in. When I arrive to the hotel to let the receptionist know that we were calling and the phone line was busy for extended period. She stated that she was on the phone and that she was sorry. The room was clean enough to get a night sleep and head to the airport. It’s not an extended stay hotel. I believe they have breakfast however we left by 6 o’clock and there was no breakfast out there. We were able to get our Uber complementary back to the airport. The pictures online make the hotel look really nice. However, the lobby was really dark. "
